Due to the change in General Data Protection Register from .23rd May 2018 we are legally required to inform you of the following and obtain your permission to store information about you. Our privacy policy explains how we use any information we collect about you and your pet.

Alice’s Home Boarding For Dogs is a partnership between Alice and Allan Paton .This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you and your pet when you register to use any of our services.

Information we collect about you.

We collect and store information about you and your pet when you register to use our services. We ask you to complete a paper registration form. When registration forms are returned via email, we print a paper copy and delete email after service has been completed. We do not hold information if you contact us with a question about our services.

Our boarding registration forms requires

Your name and emergency contact name

Your address and emergency contact name

Your email address

Your phone number and emergency contact phone number

Dog details including any medical conditions

Veterinary details

Vaccination details

Our dog walking and other services require above with the exception of emergency contact and vaccination details.

We cannot provide our services without the above details. For account purposes we hold details for five years after last service is provided.

How information is stored

Paper copies of registration forms are stored securely. Clients email addresses and dog names are stored on a password protected computer. Client invoices only give client and dog name and are backed up to a password protected cloud account. 

Information will only be shared with

Vets should you pet need veterinary attention while in our care.

Our insurance company should a claim arise.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. You can do this by sending an email to aliceshomeboarding@gmail.com

You have the right to withdraw consent on information we hold that is not a legal requirement.

Marketing

We do not share or sell your information to others.
